Absolutely awful Purchased a 68rfe transmission for my 2011 ram 2500 diesel. Immediately after the install there was a delayed engagement into gear after it sat for an hour or so. Drove the truck a few days to see if the problem persists and it did. After contacting the company with my issue I was told because my truck does not have an EGR valve that I wouldn’t be eligible for warranty. 2 bad transmissions & one TEHCM. 6 months without my truck. Unethical. Horrible customer service. Thousands of $$$ gone for nothing. Save yourself the hardware, go so.ewhere else.
