Place is a joke! Dont waste your time!
After having mouth surgery to take a lot of my teeth out and to get dentures, They forgot a tooth that was broken of at the gum line. They put 2 shots of novacain around it and the dentist was practically on top of me trying to dig that tooth out. That’s why I wanted to be asleep when they took them out.
RecommendedThey are friendly and the visit was 99% pain free. Went as a walk in and didn't have to wait very long at all. Cost was very reasonable
I have had really bad luck in my past with dentist's. To the point I'd get extremely anxious and scared just talking about getting teeth work done. For the first time in my life i have finally found a dental group that makes me feel good, worry free. Dont get me wrong Im still kinda nervous about my appt Monday but only the healing process. Im super excited to see my new smile. Dr. Moore and the staff are extremely kind I definitely will recommend this place.
My husband is supposed to have 2 teeth removed because the army is MAKING him. They gave my husband the series of sedatives that you take before the procedure, had him numbed up for the procedure and then told him that the insurance doesn’t cover it! This is a complete joke! NEXT TIME MAKE SURE THAT THE INSURANCE COVERS THE PROCEDURE BEFORE PREPPING FOR SURGERY!!! Definitely not referring this place to anyone!
Friendly staff. Got me back right away and explained everything through out my exam thoroughly. Even got a payment plan that was affordable for me. Highly recommended
I have had minor issues with them myself during my venture into getting dentures. The staff has been very helpful in getting things resolved to my satisfaction. My favorite thing about Aegis is they treated my 10 year old son like a real person. They spoke to him directly and gave him options. He had a filling fall out and they told me they didn't recommend refilling as the tooth would fall out in the next 2 months. Horrible time management the worst ever!! Why make an appointment when you have to wait HOURS!!
