We rented apartment with AE hospitality in summer with my family. Apartment was in great location and super clean. Management was really helpful . We had a internet problem and they take care it super fast. I strongly recommend this company if you are looking temporary housing in LA
This is the worst company I have ever worked with 2 hours before we got to check in they changed the place to a place that was under construction and so dirty and no pool that is the main reason we wanted to stay at the place that we rented in the first place it was not comparable as in the contract that they make you sign and they say they will make it right for you so we went somewhere else clean and that had a pool and they did not give me all my money back and the customer service is bad they hang up on you and they do n... read more
Place is fine except for a few issues, (like shower not draining, bulbs missing, only one key for two people, dirty water mop job, etc), which would remain small issues, had AE not PROMISED REPEATEDLY to take care of them, which they didn't. I'm baffled that what should be a decent, civilized stay, is turning into complete aggravation due to AE staff repeatedly calling me, promising to ratify issues quickly, then doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other that body lie about how they're doing this and that "now" while I'm at work only t... read more
I injured my hand on a wide rusty hole in a property. Whilst having a rapid acknowledgement and a promise that someone would 'reach out to me' I've heard nothing at all despite contacting them again.
Arrived at the apartment to find that AE Hospitality had double booked us and sent us an email 5 hours before we arrived (having flown for 20 hours to LA) to inform us that we could no longer stay there. When we called because someone else was in "our" apartment the lady on the phone gave no apology and no help what so ever. At 10pm at night after flying from the UK we were left having to find a motel to sleep in for the night.
