The first time we used A&E Door (on Sharon Rd Cincinnati) was a year ago for a new front door and screen door. The quality of the doors is over the top excellent and the installer was magnificent.! We went again this past week for a back door and got the "Don't let the door hit you in the ass" brush off. The girl at the front desk was brusque, and the woman who stepped out of her office seemed to give us the "look over" and told us to go to Home Depot. They didn't have anything we wanted.
