Everyone was kind, friendly, and explained things well.
I have been here several times to have wax removed from my small ear canals. Today the MA, Taj, did an excellent job. She was very thorough, checking fequently to make sure she wasn't hurtnig me and that I was comfortable. I could barely hear anything when I arrived; when I left I felt that a small miracle had been performed. I always receive great service at this facility.
They were very polite and helpful. They made sure that they treated/fixed the problem i came in with , also made sure I was satisfied and they wished me to have a good evening, if needed I will go back there again
The team was so friendly and casual, felt very at home there and all of my concerns were addressed quickly with kindness and understanding. Very good patient care. And the doctor was also extremely friendly and very straight to the point. I've never had a doctor's experience that was so fast and easy. My pain is already much better this morning! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming here again for any urgent care need
