I'm disabled and couldn't even get access to the elevator. I followed the rules and made my request with ample time. However, this company thinks they can get away with things like this. This was clear retaliation because I'm calling them out for all their screw-ups. They have been on the job here for almost a year, and they still have accounting issues that they won't explain why they occurred. No apology or anything. Shirley Pitsenbarger of Advocate Property Management in Naperville is the best customer service person I have dealt with. She is available, listens to your concerns and takes the appropriate steps to manage your concerns.
I have had great interactions with Shirley whenever I have had to call in for questions. She is always helpful, courteous and polite. I am always relieved to reach her as she provides helpful directions and has always been timely when sending emails to me. I have had to call in a few times and she always comes across with a positive demeanor. I enjoy working with Shirley. She is an asset to Advocate Property Management.
I am on a condo association board. Advocate is terrible to deal with. No stability in their staff of property managers. Won't come to the property unless you pay them an extra fee. Do not recommend Advocate.
