Received your decrepit message just days before my appointment telling me there is NO doctors on your staff and no Dr until October. Your institution is a farce and joke. Dr Tran just ups and leaves with no explanation to patients. Then you turn into a nasty first aid station. This is beyond horrible what you are doing to people. You should be ashamed to call yourself a healthcare facility. Horrible and shameful all of you and anyone who works for that hell hole. Shame.
I have been a patient of this office for a few years, and if you fall on hard times like I did, they will not sympathize, they will try to force you into an out of pocket appointment, for money you dont have, to then have spend even more money you dont have, on a prescription refill. This is a heart, not something to play games with. Advocate should be downright embarrassed to have there name attached to this office.
I’m really disappointed with the medical staff at this facility. I had to wait over a month to get an appointment, and once I get to office I was told that the initial appointment booked is for next year. And next availability for doctor is next month
Dr Patel is very thorough, she has a pleasant bedside manner and her responses are pretty quick. Her nurse Brittany, has a wonderful bedside manner and very communicative! This is a great and trusting practice.
