I have been here countless times between myself and my 3 boys. I love this place. Every business I'm sure has their bad days. And it is an emergency care center....sometimes it gets busy. It still is faster than any hospital! I have met some of my favorite doctors here. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I'm picky! They all care and have a sense of humor.
Was in waiting room for an hour then now in a room waiting -- 30 minutes later... I understand there are patients ahead of is why can't they have more than one doctor here?
I have been here since 12:45, took over an hour to get into room, even though there want a single other person in lobby. No I've been in room for 48 minutes waiting on doctor. So in two hours, I've had my temp taken and that is it. Haven't even heard from doctor, no apology for wait, no offer of water while i sit here hacking up a lung....Should have gone to TakeCare clinic instead!
