My wife received excellent service by a very professional staff
Don't be fooled by the immediate care name or the fact they are in a stand alone building no where near a hospital. They do in fact bill insurance as a hospital at ridiculous hospital rates. (Apparently you're supposed to ask when you walk into an immediate care if they bill as a hospital). It would have been cheaper with insurance to have gone to the actual ER. Oh, the Dr bills as an immediate care visit (just confirming it's an immediate care visit)- even though the rest is billed at hospital rates.
We were 5 minutes away when my 3 year old son hurt his foot so we came here for an X-Ray an hour before they closed. The entire staff was genuine and knowledgeable. They made us feel so welcome and it was all so quick! Thank you!
I went to this immediate care Sunday with my 2 1/2 year old with 5 day fever of 104-105 and was told he as negative for all flu/cold/covid/ rsv and pneumonia tests. All the while they shoved the q-tip up his room so bad that he got a bloody nose (while feeling terrible and crying). The doctor came in and told me didn’t even know what he had and said “maybe” it’s an ear infection, here is 10 days of antibiotics.
