My teen daughter had a terrible experience there today. She was visibly upset and instead of offering comfort, nurse (Jeanie) talked badly about her to the other staff loudly enough that it was heard. My daughter informed her that she heard her, and she didn't have the grace to apologize. Her issue was treated with rudeness as well. Will never go back and will be writing a letter of complaint. Totally unacceptable.

I was there today for emergency care for my hand. Took a fall and broke one of the bones in my hand. They were very nice speedy efficient have no complaints.Four stars for me
I have never had an emergency clinic visit, but was having an unusual amount of pain and after being brusquely checked in, the nurse Jennifer was everything that I was anxious about- rude, and condescending- even laughing derisively at my concerns. My doctor was kind enough and answered the questions I had but I had to wait 30 minutes in the room for a doctor. I hope I just caught this nurse on a bad day, but it was a very bad day for me as well...
I came to Advocate Good Shepherd Immediate Care for a heart CT scan. I was checked in quickly, and the technician performed the procedure quickly and professionally. It was a very quick and painless experience. Was glad I did it!
I just wanted to share that this Immediate Care facility is the best I've ever been to... I was greeted professionally and my information was handled confidentially ( the way your supposed to with HIPAA)... Dr. Liz Horvath was phenomenal and knew just what to do for my back injury... Five stars well deserved!!!
