Nurses and Cena's can be mandated to work a straight 24 hour shift due to call offs. Depends on what clients you accept to work with; they are in control of their care even though it goes against your training/knowledge. Even though the office says they put calls out for staff to pick up shifts or come in early very seldom happens.
