Fantastic support, Fast, Easy, super kind. 10/10 highly recommend.
I have a plan membership and tried accessing a nurse practioner or GP several times on weekends or in the evening after office hours. Never actually got a health professional, or had my medical issue addressed. Was told to create a Maple account to for a virtual care appointment. The promises made by this company are garbage. For example, all plans claim to offer "24/7 service." You will never get a human out of regular office hours. I have been an Advica customer for over 5 years and have found them to be very helpful in navigating my family’s healthcare needs. It has helped us obtain Catscan and MRI services more quickly when our needs were urgent and access to specialists that were needed. The ability to get a second opinion on health issues has been important in at least two instances.
