Purchased both the warming and cooling gel for a tendonitis weight lifting injury in my forearm. Nothing else had worked until I got the custom made gels from the owner of Adventures in Healing. The warming gel really reduced the pain so I could continue to lift. The cooling gel was fantastic for putting on before bed. Really help me heal and push through the injury. Would highly recommend!
