They were amazing in fixing an issue we had didnt stop until we were completly happy. The pool side staff were great with my son and my nieces and nephews. Cant wait to go back.

Five stars all the way! This was our 2nd time staying. Our 1st stay was perfect. The only complaint we had was getting service late at night in the empty restaurant, but that place closed down and has been replaced with new an restaurant. Our 2nd stay was almost perfect as our first. We loved the new arcade and the open swim bar during the week. The remodeled rooms are spacious and so clean! My family and I enjoyed the room and pool. We will come back again but there are several things that could be improved upon. Nothing stated below will stop us from coming back. We used room service twice, it was frustrating that they were not able to tell us when we could expect our food. We ordered the garlic cheese bread, two pizzas and a salad. The nice lady that checked us in was wonderful..thank u for that.it made our stay so much better with getting great kind service when just starting to stay in a hotel that is totally booked w 7 boys for a birthday party.
