I have never had a need for a storage unit until I moved from my home of 25 years. The thought of storing stressed me out, so I did my homework. This facility met all my criteria. Needed to be a safe, secure place for me, a single woman to go alone, check!! Rented a storage unit here. Thru the 24 hour kiosk. Things were ok until the second week after we rented, the rear wall of our unit sass moved back about 6ft. This caused the boxes and items stacked at the rear of my unit to fall over. In the process of that, some of my wife's grandmother's glass cookware was broken. We called, and of course they never answer. We were never notified they were moving the wall, or that our items had fallen. After 4 days we finally got a call back. We were told we would have a call back by Frid... read more
