RecommendedI spent two days on 4A after having surgery. I received outstanding care from the nursing staff as well as the other staff in Dietary, Xray, Transport and Housekeeping. As a retired nurse, (staff did not know) I know what quality care looks like.
RecommendedGreat facility. Very modern. The tubes are spacious in comparison with other facilities I've used. Providing Pandora via headphones really helps distract one from the noise of the MRI process. Tim Crenshaw is an awesome MRI technician. And they validate parking!!!
It’s called: ‘Shady Grave’ for a reason. Worst hospital EVER !!Staff stole id and jewelry, drs. are MIA, nurses are clearly scared to ask doctors to actually do their jobs (when they do bother to show up); unsanitary, med protocols are non-existent... I could go on and on, which is a shame, because there are actually a few professionals working there, but - by and large a HORRIBLE facility. Do yourself a favor and hike an extra half-hour to a different facility; you’ll be thankful you did.

RecommendedThe staff is amazing and really makes it their mission to get you ready for when you have to transition out. But besides that, there is a team feeling - the staff and the patients all use the same coffee station. And when you have a problem with a staff member, that member gets called over so that a solution to the problem can come from all involved understanding what each is saying directly. RecommendedI went to this facility on two different occasions for two different types of tests. I was quite nervous the first time. Every single person at this facility was very professional, respectful, pleasant, personable, & tried to make me relax & feel as comfortable as possible with the tests that I needed done. I want to single out in particular the technician Chris. He was everything I already described and more. I would gladly suggest to anyone to use this particular facility in the future. THANK YOU!
