I asked for an appointment and got moved to urgent care due to the fact I have not been in recent past. Finances are the biggest reason. The receptionist was not pleasant but rather snarky. When I tried to say something to the assistant I was cut off. I felt I was rushed through and given some pills that is a bandage. So I have to spend another copay to get established with a doctor or whom ever is available.
