I asked for an appointment and got moved to urgent care due to the fact I have not been in recent past. Finances are the biggest reason. The receptionist was not pleasant but rather snarky. When I tried to say something to the assistant I was cut off. I felt I was rushed through and given some pills that is a bandage. So I have to spend another copay to get established with a doctor or whom ever is available. I can't recommend this urgent care highly enough! They consistently manage to fit me in without delay—I've never waited more than five minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that I receive top-notch care and get in and out quickly. I truly appreciate their commitment to excellence. I drive all the way from Beavercreek, OR, because no other facility compares to the quality and service they provide.
Was told that the treatment I needed hinged on test results. Test was ok but still have no prescription. Was also given tiny amount of cream to last 2 weeks. Not impressed
The clinic was able to get me in to see the doctor on the day I called. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly.
