From my own personal experience I would not recommend this place it’s a joke they say they are for helping communication is poor there is on nurse and goes above and beyond and her name is Laura do I wish I had her as my nurse
Spoke with Ashley and Chris (Mgr); regarding service for a family member. Very caring and professional team. Chris explained the admission process and his multidisciplinary team’s comprehensive approach to providing care along the entire life span. Did a great job of building trust and conveying compassion. We will definitely sign on with AHHCS! Thank you Ashley and Chris.
Hired this company to help my mother in law who has a stage 4 wound and is bed bound. The nurse came today and put my mother in laws catheter and pack her wound. When we went to go change her we found out that it was not put in properly and things were not working properly as they were before the nurse came. I fiancé called to see if anyone could come out and the nurse on duty, Diane refused to come b/c she said she was sleeping. Now we will have to call the paramedics & fire department.
