HORRIBLE!!!! I went to Adventist Health to have a procedure done. They charged me a deductible, which I paid. I thought it was high, but haven't had an issue before. Come to find out they overcharged me by $158. I called and asked when I'd get my refund and the billing department said they were working on it. I called every month for 6 months and was given the same answer.
