Excellent medical care and customer service. All that and a faith based environment. I will continue to have my mammograms and surgeries there.
I go out of county for most of my health care. I do like my primary care doctor here. But their financial department makes me crazy. I pay many bills online. EASILY. Here I’ve had two bills paid in full credited to the wrong account. I try to pay online, the site (once you manage to get to it) is clumsy, I put in all my payment info and get a message back that they’re sorry, they’re trying to fix their problem! Why is it so hard to just pay a bill? Such a mess it’s hard to feel confident that medically they have it together.

Good care of patients and families. I was a patient at the hospital as well as with the doctors associated with the hospital.
Walk ins are quicker than making an appointment. If your dr. Says they will notify the pavilion about your tests, dont count on it. Call before hand to be sure they have been notified. And if you can completely avoid the adventist health system.
Staffing love their job and work hard to make you feel better!
