I had an MRI and an X-ray here. It showed a fractured vertebrae. During the procedure I asked for the images to be sent to my surgeon at UCSF. 3 days later I found out that you sent the written report ONLY. What surgeon would be content with that? I waited 2 weeks for the images to arrive in SF. Not an easy thing during a public health emergency. The librarian at Adventist told me you do not have the proper technology to upload the images to UCSFs secure website. I find this unacceptable and think you need a serious upgrade.

I was in the Hospital In Intensive Care & On Life Support for 8 Days. I was treated like an Angel From All The Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Housekeepers, Everyone❤🙂❤. Thank Y'all so Much, I Will Never Forget ANYONE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME THOSE 12 DAYS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.❤🙂❤
My 22 year old son has waited 3 months and is still waiting to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. I have called and begged you to expedite his treatment because he is violent, and I cannot care for him alone. You refuse to speak with me. He is now homeless after threatening to kill me and still has not received any support from any of your providers.
In 2004 I was in a life threatening trauma accident. Barry Shepard MD, Dr Larry Falk, Dr. Tony Burris and Dr. John Petti saved my life all working together. My body was shattered and brain was bleeding. After an emergent splenectomy, chest tube placement, 6 units of blood, suturing multiple skin lacerations they transferred me to Santa Rosa for Brain surgery and ORIF of the pelvis due to 4 fractures in my pelvis going through my left Acetabulum. I am thankful and blessed to have all the medical team work so well together.
I was taken to this hospital via ambulance. this was the scariest day of my life. I was in ceptic shock and my body was shutting down. There were two nurses in the ER that never left my side. they held my hand. made sure I knew they were there and weren't leaving. literally ran me to various tests. a few days into being in the ICU and the nurses from the ER came to check on me. My son was down there for a Hybrid Maze surgery. His Doctor was Dr. Dunnington. Received wonderful care from Doctor, nurses and all staff!!! Would definitely recommend Advent Health. Very caring in every way!!!
