I am currently a patient at this hospital and want to share both the positives and the serious concerns. The nursing staff and technicians have been excellent. They are responsive, kind, and clearly doing their best to care for patients in a difficult environment. They deserve recognition for the level of compassion they provide day to day. Arriving to a packed emergency room is the normal here in Florida lately and I think the staff did a great job with getting us to a room quickly. The doctor was kind and the nurse once we arrived to the ER room was amazing. Two stars removed due to lack of attentiveness/poor attitude from the male triage nurse. He was rude. Llevo 3 años atendiéndome en estas oficinas, en Oakfield y estas ahora en Riverview, mi doctora Amanda Ballo APRN dwsde ese entonces siempre ha sido muy amable y profesional conmigo, ahora recién estoy embarazada la atención es genial, en la recepción Dawn y Domin, Sarah, siempre ayudándote, la técnica del ultrasonido Stephanie súper dulce, y Gaby no podía faltar la coordinadora al tanto siempre que estuviera al 100 en este lugar, sin duda el resto d mi embarazo me atendería aquí.
