The ER staff were excellent! Competence WITH compassion like I’ve never experienced before. Every single staff member from registration, imaging, nursing, and therapy were so kind, compassionate, and personable. I can’t say enough about Heather, my attending practitioner, she showed up for the human in front of her. She was present, observant, and was immediate in treatments and orders. I would like to give a review of the care I received 2 nights ago in the ER. As a healthcare worker, I get that we are all over worked and sometimes stretched thin, but the care I received from NP Heather Miller, RN, a gentleman I called B who is from Africa, and a nurse lead Sharma was above the care I could have ever expected in the ER! Shane my nurse was amazing very caring and helpful i felt so took care of and heard and really every single person on staff when I was there were so caring and felt heard not judged and helped. Thank You Tank you oh and shout out to the caring ambulance paramedics as well. You people are exactly how its supposed to be
