I've giving Advent Heath Porter 1 star because of falsification of medical records. Recently I wrote a review of Dr Fouts at Advent Health Southmoor ER due to a misdiagnosis where she had me sent to Advent Health Porter Hospital. There I saw Dr Francis Del Rosario. In his clinical notes that I read on the Advent Health MyChart portal he originally wrote that I was misdiagnosed with pancreatitis. I was put in Advent mental facility on a 72 hour hold abd it saved my life! They are the kindest people I've come in contact with. Nurse John, Dr. Wang are the two names I remember but goodness, I felt lived by each and every employee there! Counselor Phil, I said I would tell people he was mean but he was quite sweet and a great group leader.
Been here a while and haven't seen a nurse or Dr. Just leaving me in a room. Will never come back here again.
