Had a terrible fall while visiting Florida. The third floor Ortho Team are the best in the business. The best quality care I have ever had in any hospital. It started in the ER all the way to loading me in my automobile. Will always be grateful to them!
Medical plaza - appt with Lauren Rosencrans, NP-C: Front desk, MA and nurse were personable, professional & friendly. Wait time was short. The NP Lauren isn’t very friendly. She isn’t engaging at all. She lacks bedside manners. Not that she was rude but just not engaging or personable. I’d try to break the ice if you will because it was just an awkward interaction but she was so stoic and just blah.
