RecommendedI was a patient from 9/30-10/5 on the Joint Replacement Floor. I received excellent care from everyone; RN’s, Tech’s, Therapists, Food Service; Housekeeping. Two of my favorite techs were Sadatu and Mary. We would joke around and they were SOOOO kind to me. They were very patient and told me to take my time. RecommendedThis is my first time here. I have to say every single staff member I have encountered has been amazing. I am here for pre term labor and the nurses from labor and delivery and antepartum care are just so attentive and have such compassion. You can tell they really care and have such positive attitudes and great bedside manner. I think this is so important for moms who are going through a scary/uncertain time. this hospital is a joke would rather go to Frederick memorial ..avoid this hospital waiting for hours soon hours to be seen and all got told is to keep waiting

Walked in with wife in a lot of pain. No receptionist, no security guard, nothing. Made it into the back and got someone. Took her financial info, disappeared again. No screening for Covid, no triage. Never saw another soul for the next hour. Finally left and went to another ER and got help. They never even checked on us. She could have died in the lobby and they would have no idea. Videoed empty hospital with time stamps for documentation, but review only allows still pics.

RecommendedI just want to say that I appreciate adventhealth. I had my gallbladder taken out today and every member of the team from the bottom to the top instantly caught on to my anxiety kicking in. I was treated with so much respect and assurance that it would be okay. Even to the prayer as they got ready to take me back.
