the care is fine, but if you ever go in with your spouse, partner, etc , make sure you go up to the counter SEPARATELY, and get charged very carefully. My husband and I came in for a visit which was $40 each. They put $70 on my husband's account and $10 on mine!! I can't even imagine how they did that!! So now there's a huge screw-up. Look out for the counter people.
I'm only giving a good review because my experience with Jennifer at the front desk. I came in for a covid test. Marlo at the front desk was very rude. Would not speak with her again when I come in. But Jennifer took over and was very helpful and caring. Was able to answer all my questions and get me checked in. She even greeted me on my way out. 5 stars to Jennifer for actually caring and doing her job.
I was seen in the office for a sick visit. Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet, accommodating and professional. Luckily the wait wasn't to long. I was in and out. Would definitely recommend office.
