My practitioner left and I didn't realize, so I had to go in and start fresh with someone new this time. I took the first appointment of the day, and everyone was wonderful. They make it as pleasant as possible to visit the doctor. Every staff member I met, from check in to nurse to Ms. Bates, was wonderful and made me feel welcome and at ease.
