RecommendedI’ve lived here for 6 months and so far everything is perfect. When requesting maintenance they’re there in an hour at the most usually and are happy to fix anything. The office is amazing and hep with all they can. Definitely recommend living here.

I can truly say my experience with Advenir On Addison has been very favorable. Public service, Customer service, Community awareness, these are difficult tasks to balance among thousands of opinionated tenants, on a daily basis. I believe they are doing a great job, and I look forward to signing another lease.
Is it just me or do reported repairs get ignored? When they are fixed it is the responsibility of the tenant to pay for damages that were avoidable had the been addressed promptly!
Would not recommend.
