WORST PLACE YOU COULD POSSIBLY RENT FROM!!!! Management is the worst I have ever delt with. Completely rude and doesn't care in the slightest about what you think. Will talk down to you and make you feel absolutely belittled. Be ready to fork up loads of money for unnecessary things...monthly and especially at move out!!!

I have one thing to thank Advenir at Wyndham for. Helping me to get the fire under my backside to move the hell out. The bass from my neighbor in 95 makes it impossible for me to study or actually focus on anything. Banging on the wall hasn't helped. Complaining to management hasn't helped. Calling the police hasn't helped. Leaving notes haven't helped. So pray you get nice neighbors who respect your space. This jerk in 95 sure doesn't. Otherwise it's decent, but I hate this guy.
I've lived here 3 years. The quality of the complex has declined since Advenir took over. Latest issue is massive amounts of dog poop on the lawns. My dog got giardia this way. Management does not give a shit. The maintenance staff are awesome but seriously understaffed.
This is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional establishment I have ever come across in my entire life. I have no idea how any of the staff or management have a job here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. how the hell are you still in business?!?!?
This is now going to be my third month paying a very high price for my 1 bed room Very shitty moldborne apartment. Health wise and oother practical reasons involving needing a hard core remediation. I hope they choose to move me to a new apartment. I have not stayed not 1 night in This place sense may 10th but I half to continue to pay rent.
