If there was a button to say HELL NO I WOULD CHOOSE IT. My apartment had multiple things broken upon move in. It continually falls apart everyday. the office has poor customer service and extremely poor management and their maintenance team is poorly trained if trained at all. I cant wait to leave and put this hell hole behind me. Just dont do it your better off ANYWHERE ELSE.
This company Advenir raised my rent over 200 during this pandemic.
Our concerns were ignored, and when we moved out they charged us a fortune.
We are being evicted because the supposed pest management guy kept visiting our apartment to look around, instead of spraying or doing any kind of actual pest management. Despite management knowing there is a problem with that guy, they are still evicting us on his word. Living here this past year has been a nightmare, despite multiple management changes, it's still a mess.
