I was lucky to find Advenir at Station 121, I relocate from Texas to start a Dental program in UAB, It's only 11 min walk to the Dental building made Advenir super convenient! Let me tell you about the leasing process.... Jenni was AMAZING! Helping me leasing my place directly from Texas, super smooth and convenient process! Facilities are good, great location if you are looking something close and affordable near UAB! Totally recommended!
Trash is terrible and now have rats
The location is so convenient, probably the only good thing about this place, but the rest is trash. Every week you have new staff, trash is constantly an issue, and communication is horrible.
I just recently moved in at Station 121. I absolutely love it here! Jennifer from the front office was amazing at handling everything super quick so I could get moved in ASAP! She went out of her way to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. She also did a thorough final walk thru to make sure everything was perfect for when we moved in. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me get moved in! Thanks again Jennifer!
