Under the old management, this place used to be a solid 3 to 4 star: it may not have been the prettiest on the outside, but the rent was reasonable, the amenities were nice, and the inside of the apartments were great. Keep Apartment Hunting, This One Is NOT IT. I normally don't care to leave a review, but this needs to be said. Ever since we moved here, it has been SOMETHING! And everything that people who came before us said in the reviews turned out to be TRUE. The thing that has me most upset right now is this " new management " ... This new management is incredible. I'm so excited for all of the positive changes they're making! I love to see that they care so much about their residents, they want to provide them with the best of the best. The Ellison will soon be the #1 apartment community in downtown Birmingham!
