Be careful with this place is not worth to pay high rent my daughter live there one year and this way she leaves because staffs don’t want do nothing after number of complaints they offer $200 discount she pay $800 or more electricity bill in summer months because 24/7 runs small windows unit run she had some other issues but staff do not care for her any complaints
I moved in a month ago exactly and put in a maintenance request the 2nd day o moved in. It has been a month exactly now and still no communication from maintenance or any member of the leasing office about this and ive made phone calls and send several emails.
Jennifer was such an amazing help with my move-in and sign-on process! She thoroughly showed me the building and gave me great insight into my options.
