They change tenants rent amount after you already have a signed contract. They add fees. When a contract should be binding. Amenity fees should also show in the lease not added months later after the fact. Especially being on the 2year living on the complex and 4 months into new lease. If this is happening to someone else please forward. Come forward tenants. Class act law do your research. Do not move hear it is not worth it.

Hurricane Irma was quite stressful and yet Sue and the staff made things a lot easier to bear. Thank God for Sue, she went above and beyond what a usual property manager would do. She made sure I had the supplies I needed and reassured me that everything would be alright It's a pleasure to be around such people.
Horrible place to live... Dirty, no laundry in unit yet they charge water. they charge $6 for trash and it's over flowing so what's the point of charging if it hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks. The smell of the is so bad. the halls smell like cats. Don't get me started on the staff just so unpleasant here.
