Great Location! Really good schools in this area, all of my children have attended. Staff was friendly to us and we didn't have any major maintenance problems, but they do need an upgraded playground. I have and will continue to recommend Polos East.
I absolutely hate living here and cannot wait to move out in October. The maintenance guys are nice but are really slow at responding to service requests. The management is generally clueless about everything and some can be VERY RUDE. The apartment is incredibly energy inefficient! We are very conservative about our electricity and keep our AC at 76. Yet, we still pay about $120 a month. The dog park is terrible. The ground is full of very deep holes and the grass is never mowed. The gym equipment is always broken and the g... read more
Nice apartments, nice area. False advertising gym is never 24/7 and gate it's always broken. Staff It's OK. Military friendly. No family oriented they treat everyone like a clueless student. They try to find every excuse not to give you all your deposit back when you move out. Nice apartments. Needs to improve management (alot)
The staff are nice, don't get me wrong but I did have a lot of issues with the apartment. I am a very understanding person but I have my limits. It was an old apartment so I could understanding certain things but not when I frat moved in having: mold behind the tiles in the bathtub, fleas, and the throw up smell in the laundry machine. When I left I was charged a carpet replacment fee, they explained to me it was because the carpet company suggested a new carpet due to the high traffic areas it would not have been able to be... read more
