Management could manage the place. Manager is a smug fill in the blank. To start the list Our mailboxes have been broken since before I moved in a year ago. Half the boxes dont even close idk how people have been dealing with that stupidness. Luckily mine does close. The trash doesnt get taken when it supposed to and when it does theres leftover trash cause racoons tear everything up in the back when i am. They dont clean it and now it smells by my door. Stole our money for a holding fee and then told us they never had a holding fee! Unbelievable, I'm glad we only filled out applications and didn't actually sign a lease.

I recently went to tour polos east because I start school in August and need a 1/1. The people in the office were very nice and caring. Mrs Katy its very sweet help me out with all the information that I need it, so was Mr Thomas as Katy was giving me all the information Thomas walks in and with this nice welcoming voice greeted me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend name its john and we will be coming back this weekend to put our application. Thank you,

This is the best place to live in town. Everybody is friendly and all the people in the administration and support group are always there to solve our problems. I love you guys. More than ever as a "handicapped" person :-)
