We have been living here since 10 months! I love it! the whole complex has been renovated! I love my 2br apt. it nice n clean! Neighbours r friendly aswell! Management responses well! I feel safe here! I have heard of break ins from my friends/ but Thank God no such bad experiences for me uptil now!
The management is soo dumb!!! Thy dont ever hav answers to any qts other than WE DONT KNW! The previous management ws way better than this
I don't live at Advenir , my daughter does and I have seen a big change in the last months . I was considering to move my daughter closer to school but I really like what I see . Continue the good work !
I used to love these apts...only Issue is lack of mgmt's response on security for this complex. Every other day we hear break ins. This property looks beautiful but is NOT safe at all. I will move from here as soon as my lease ends.
