The ONLY reason they're getting one star is because of the super spacious layout. Otherwise, there would be no stars.
I have lived here for over 18 months and have filed several complaints even when it was landmark at grand parkway. They have serious issues with drugs and loud tenants. Every complaint goes without a solution. I will be moving soon and I would not allow any friends or family to lease an apartment wi this company. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THIER MONEY! Which by the way my water bill has tripled in the last 3 months even though we do nothing different.
The staff is awesome, no doubt. The residents on the other hand, some are inconsiderate of what is left behind their trail, not to mention the huge trucks that back up with their hitches taking up half the sidewalk. Also the kids that are now playing in the middle if the driveway, "not their fault", hazardous. All of our children have to live here so when someone leaves trash it affects us all, BE CONSIDERATE.
I was happy living here at Landmark at Grandparkway until tonigh when the security guard show at my apartment at 9:28pm to tell me that because the resident below me complaint about noise he has to get out of bed and trying to intimidate me saying tha he is a police officer with a unprofessional tone of voice having my family here for the first time to visit me since I move in was not very pleasent because I was embarrased in front of them my the security guard that when I expose my opinion he reply by saying that he will fi... read more

Love the space it has!!!! Love the fact majority of the apt is laminate flooring and only the bedrooms and closer have carpet!!!! Love it here wouldn't go no where else!!!
