My experience at Advenir @ Grandparkwaywest has been AWESOME IN FACT I just renewed my contract The STAFF and maintenance personnel are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The property is gorgeous, well kept , safe , clean and wonderful for a beautiful place to live and call home. The amenities, location, prices and property is definitely a must to visit and consider for a new home. Just love that CREW/STAFF and my home👍🏽

I just signed my 4th lease at Advenir at Grand Parkway. I love this place. It nice and quiet. Timely responses to any/all concerns. Louis, Lauren, Lacey, Michelle and David are a FANTASTIC Management Team.
