For some reason turned ghetto! Pool is green with debris, before the pool was broken there were people there of all hours partying. People smoking in the common areas and hallways. As an annoyance, it seems like maintenance needed access to the apartment every other week. Couldn't all the inspections be done in one occurrence? AC only cools apt to 78 degrees in the heat of the day. Can not wait to leave this place.
I like the fact that the apartments are spacious and newly updated. I enjoy the hot tub and pool which is heated! Bonus!!! Neighbors are nice and friendly and the staff is very prompt in handling any issues I have had while here.
They have changed management and fired all the staff. They have been lax about an issue we have since moving into this new apartment in the same building. Today they came out after almost 4 months of this and tell us that instead of doing what they SHOULD BE doing they want to inconvenience us further by forcing us to disassemble our bed (which weakens the joints every time you do that) and sleep where for days?
