After battling with the maintenance and pest crew for 5 weeks... we couldn't continue to risk our health.... After talking to the leasing office who can barley correlate their information we decided to move in. Very quickly we decide this was not the best choice. It started every morning waking up to roaches in the kitchen. Once the leasing office was contact about this, it went too smooth. I Love Living Here! I've Lived Here Almost Three Years... I Just Had My First Maintenance Call Answered.. Called Yesterday That The Washer (& Dryer Included In My Apt ) Had Stopped Agitating.....Within 24 hours Juan Bonano (maintenance) came and 'came prepared'. Fixed it and checked it twice.. Very Polite, Smiling - Professional. (Hey He Found The Missing Sock)! I'm Very Happy Living Here and Plan To Stay. I Give Him 5 STARS!!!
Going on 3 years being here and The staff and maintenance is amazing quick response polite get it done and the grounds is great has tennis play area for kids and dog park with great pool and barb q section with gas grills 5 stars
Even if this is your last resort do not live here. There is a reason they are having such a hard time filling in vacancies. Way overpriced, lazy management. They do nothing. Pool has been closed for well over 8 weeks now. I have no idea what Im paying for. Not to mention there is dog shit allllllll over the community. Its disgusting. They never fill the dog bag stations either. Always empty. I would go on but it would be redundant to all their other 1 star reviews. dont move here. Its awful
Certain dog breeds are not allowed here yet they have suddenly appeared in volumes. They are even being walked OFF LEASH. I do not feel safe walking my dog or even walking to my car at night. Management said they are aware of the problem but they have failed to resolve the issue. Dog poop is everywhere as well as dog urine in the hallways of the buildings.
