While I was working in this company, Staff were supportive and attentive.
I've been trying to track down my medical records for months, I submitted a request to Advantmed and they denied my request saying they didn't have my records on file. So I let it be. But, then I kept getting calls from them saying I had an outstanding balance for my medical records of $6.50. They told me I was being charged for the document stating "request denied". The worst company I’ve ever worked for. The main office is in India. Their English is not the best so it’s hard to understand. They show a lot of favoritism. From Fonda to Gaurand Dave to Harsh Patel. HR was okay and Kapil was but they’re still going to vouch for their ppl. Very unprofessional and unorganized. We went from 143 ppl to about 30.
