Been coming since the summertime and never had an issue with the receptionist or the doctor. Even though it’s far for me I can use the F train to the last stop. Since they are courteous I am willing to travel.
Everytime I visit im prepared to spend my life here. It's ALWAYS crowded!!
When you first walk in to Check in, the reception staff are very unprofessional, and lack customer service. They send you to different windows or sections, ie. Section H, J, to check in then you get the run around. There’s no focused section for Check in. They should be retrained. The other medical assistants do not assist you when needed. I traveled over an hour and a half to the AdvantageCare location in Jamaica, Queens—because a receptionist on the phone told me this was where I could be seen. When I arrived, I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with no one there. When the receptionist finally showed up, she asked what I was waiting for.
