Chuck and his team have truly developed a brand name in functional rehabilitation therapy. If you have pain, balance, or mobility issues there is no where else to go!
Susan the PT is amazing! Her techniques are unique and effective. The clinic is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Wanted to express my gratitude to Doc Matt Taylor from his experience from serving God and Country putting time in the United States Navy to taking is knowledge and continuing to serve his country working for the Department of Justice in the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
