I like that I could put plastic shelves in the unit to keep things more organized. Good lighting and easily accessible.
Update:: Gate got stuck on sunday and had to call non emergency was there for about an hour and a half. Sooooo if you get stuck call non emergency and there AI support line wasnt helpful at all. So 3 stars now taking my two stars. Very affordable, so far no problems, nice customer service.. 1st month so far awesome.. if anything happens I will update. Everyone have a good day!

If you want to store your stuff at a place that doesn’t bother keeping their security cameras working, this is the spot for you! My unit got broken into, and when the cops asked about the footage, they told them the cameras around my unit weren’t even working. Then they said their cameras only save footage for two weeks — so for two weeks, they did nothing to fix it! The “insurance” they offer is a complete joke too, didn’t pay for a single thing. I moved out fast as i can and honestly, I don’t recommend this place to anyone... read more
