This location is always spotless. The staff ensures that this is the place you want to rent at. This is the best s to orange in Frisco and all of the greater Dallas area.
Used the facility 2 times been very pleased. My storage door broke and they fixed it in very prompt time. I like we are able to get into grounds 24/7. That helps so much. Like the locked gate and security of the facility. I would tell all to use this when in need.
I rented a storage unit a few weeks ago and I was so pleasantly surprised to find this new storage location along with a professional and attentive manager. John Pierre was very gracious and courteous in showing me the unit along with providing all pertinent information. I have rented from 4 different storge unit companies here in the past 5 years, never have I been greeted with warm professional customer service, to arriving to the storge where I was again greeted with respectful and knowledgeable employer upon getting all my needs met. The prices, and units are kept like new, I felt safe and new my property would be just as I left it. Never has any other company had customers happiness in mind. I really like storing my stuff at Advantage Storage in McKinney. They always give me the best pricing and because it is always clean. The lighting is great so I feel very safe too.
Rachel was so helpful and I really appreciated her efforts !! I had a meeting to go to and she was so efficient and knowledgeable. I had never rented a storage unit before and I will definitely recommend her to others !!!
