I would like to start by clearly stating that Advantage Roofing did not work on my house, they worked on my neighbours. The company did do an excellent clean up job in the end. However - there were rusty nails all over a shared pathway between my house and my neighbours that my family and our dogs use to access our backyard. We use our yard frequently and numerous times I had to pick up these nails and toss them onto the tarped area where they should have been. The roof on our home was replaced by Advantage Roofing on March 31, 2015. Included in their estimate was the shingles, flashing, exhaust vents, eavestrough, downpipe and fascia. The work cost was close to $25,000 and the work was guaranteed for five years. This past February a wind blew off 2 sections of the fascia. I called and was told someone would be there asap.
