Tim worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. When the crew arrived, they went right to work and cleaned up all debris and checked for nails. Wonderful company to work with. Definitely would use again.
Although we are not having any work done, Advantage Roofing deserves a 5 star rating. Tim came out to our house today and inspected our roof. We know nothing has been done since we moved in and we have been told it was sometime before that the the roof was replaced. We totally expected to be told that we need a new roof immediately. We were in need of an unexpected roof repair that turned into a roof replacement. Tim met with us, answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. The work was completed on time, efficiently, and we are very please with the end result. Advantage Roofing takes care of their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they know that their business is appreciated.
The entire process was easy. Scott answered all my questions, the crew worked extremely hard, and the follow-up inspection showed the quality of work performed.
"I wouldn't be able to think of one bad thing about my experience with this company and I am glad to know they are there if I need them again. I was told the crew would show up at 7am. They arrived at 6:50, at 7:00 they began putting up the ladders. By 9:30 they had the old roof completely removed and began replacing some rotted wood. They worked nonstop and continued until the new roof was completely finished and the property was cleaned up. I was very impressed that they had it all done in one day."
