Advantage Remodeling did the roof on my house in *******, *****. My insurance told me I had hail damage on my siding but not on my roof. How is this possible? Is hail now suddenly trainable to not hit the roof only the house? Fish helped me every step of the way, and we got the money from the insurance to cover the whole roof. I hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing in ****************************** ************ area. All went smooth. Adjuster showed up my son worked with ***** to complete the roofing repairs. Once the roof was opened we found that my chimney was leaking. Supplements were provided. **** was reluctant to pay for the repairs and a new chimney cricket since I did not have a proper policy coverage. However, this is when the magic happened. We have used a ARR twice, the first time was during the winter freeze in February ************************************** May 2023. I cannot stress how much we appreciated and value ****** Mr. ***** and the entire Advantage Remodeling and Roofing team. They took the pressure off of us and worked with the insurance companies directly on our behalf, and did not accept what the insurance company initially provided so that they could repair our beautiful home to its original condition prior to any damage. This was the first time to replace our house roof, but since I used ************* before, it was easy for us to go back to him. I didnt expect anything else but roof replacement. But they were different from other companies. They helped us process and negotiate to the insurance company. If we didnt get any help from Fish and his team, we would have ended up with only minimum. Advantage Remodeling and Roofing did a really great job! They were able to convince my insurance to accept the claim to replace my roof after several unsuccessful tries by other roofing companies, did awesome job in a very short time, and provided exceptional customer service! They have replaced my entire roof, gutters, all broken elements and fixed all the leaks throughout the house, even painted my bathroom after leak damage! Bonus - they replaced my AC Unit! I am recommending and will employ the services of A.R.R.for a third time should I experience another WIND and HAIL damage insurance claim. Mr. F*** is a very effective communicator with a wealth of knowledge in the building trades and particularly in dealing with Insurance Adjusters on the claim. He settled my claim at total replacement instead of 35% damage. Thank you Mr.F*** and B****.
