I just had to give a shout out to ADVANTAGE REMODELING AND ROOFING, the contractors who restored our kitchen. They were the total package. We apparently had a small, long-standing leak under our sink that caused a huge problem and mess. I was put in touch with *** ****, who came out within hours of my call. Advantage Remodeling did the roof on my house in *******, *****. My insurance told me I had hail damage on my siding but not on my roof. How is this possible? Is hail now suddenly trainable to not hit the roof only the house? Fish helped me every step of the way, and we got the money from the insurance to cover the whole roof. I hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing in ****************************** ************ area. All went smooth. Adjuster showed up my son worked with ***** to complete the roofing repairs. Once the roof was opened we found that my chimney was leaking. Supplements were provided. **** was reluctant to pay for the repairs and a new chimney cricket since I did not have a proper policy coverage. However, this is when the magic happened. We have used a ARR twice, the first time was during the winter freeze in February ************************************** May 2023. I cannot stress how much we appreciated and value ****** Mr. ***** and the entire Advantage Remodeling and Roofing team. They took the pressure off of us and worked with the insurance companies directly on our behalf, and did not accept what the insurance company initially provided so that they could repair our beautiful home to its original condition prior to any damage.
