My experience with the property management service offered was awful. Communication within the office is absolutely atrocious. It will take weeks and sometimes months to get answers to basic questions as you get bounced around from one person in the office to the next. As the home owner, I was never notified of repairs to the house until my monthly payment was less than expected and I contacted them to ask what happen. Stay away!!! Great until late you sign the lease. Once you sign the lease they are hard to get in contact with and it seems repairs never get completed. You will receive late rent notice a even though you paid early and you account has a credit. I can't not wait to move to get away. The home is lovely and neighborhood is amazing, but we have spent 1300 bucks getting everything repaired and fixed as it is anot "As Is" lease and they said our standards are to high. Again... STAY AWAY!!
Stay away from their Property Management department. They take forever in getting back with you. I understand maybe a day but they will take weeks getting back to in regards to an email or phone call. Excuse is always email glitch. We are still currently in a lease with them, but once out of it we are switching property managers. HORRIBLE - stay away.
