VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE to potential clients and their agents. Scheduled an inspection for one of my clients with this inspector. My client had a list of things she wanted double-checked because she is out of town and the neighbors had mentioned some concerns. He called back yelling at our coordinator and said that is not what he does. So not sure what he inspects but it isn't for leaks, proper drain flow, or possible asbestos.

I am very disappointed in the inspection service that was recieved from this company. Shane completed the inspection quickly & missed a lot of things that needed to be addressed on the report. My realtor also confirmed that Shane wasn't there long. He "professionally" inspected my duplex in less than 30 minutes. I will never do business with this company ever again.

This company was hired by the buyer of my home to do the home inspection and they caused the buyer to terminate the contract. The inspector unethically called the buyers directly to inform them that my house smells like sewage and that our HVAC pump makes thumping noises. It should also be noted that he didnt put either of those claims in his inspection report. Shane and Daniel have completed 100+ inspections for my clients over the four years I have been a realtor.
