I live at one of their properties now, and I have to say, it's the fairest deal I've ever found in the Treasure Valley.
"Advantage Property Management" is really just one man, Robert Hammack. Robert does not "manage" anything. He will wait as long as possible to fix any problems, and usually will only do anything if it's a very big problem for him. If your A/C, heating, or an appliance breaks, you'd be very lucky to get Robert to call a maintenance company after 3-5 days. For him, that would be lightning-quick.
